Meal Monday: Caesar Salad Dressing

For this recipe you will need:
2 Cloves Garlic
4 Tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tin Anchovies
2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
2 Teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce
1Teaspoon Mustard
4 Egg Yolks
1/2 Grated Parmesan

Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender, mix until completely liquified. If you prefer a thicker dressing add more Parmesan in 1/2 cup increments and mix again, repeat process until desired consistency is met.
