My Meals Monday | Thank You

I’m back! After a week off dealing with Doctors, and machanics (did I mention my brakes went out whilst driving last week?), and none stop phone calls, it’s nice to be back in my little space of the internet. I want to say a huge thank you to all of you guys, your messages of support have been everything to me this past week, and while I didn’t get a chance to reply to each and everyone, please know I saw them, and they honestly made a huge impact on my life, when I needed it. This community that we are building together is such a positive safe space for each and every one of us, and I hope you guys feel it as much as I do!

I’m starting back on a My Meals Monday, as I’m a huge believer in starting fresh in a new week, so lets jump into this week with what I ate yesterday which also happened to be the season finale of Game of Thrones!!!

BREAKFAST

I started off with something I’ve never had before, this is a power bowl, it contains 2 heaping spoonfuls of Seed of Change Brown Rice and Quinoa, broccollini, spinach, avocado, 2 poached eggs, with a bit of pepper and sesame seeds. I have been trying to eat healthier, but also inside of the “healthy” food range, I’m trying to mix up my diet, I feel like when I eat the same thing everyday I tend to reach for foods I shouldn’t be eating, so we will see if this helps! I also had my usual coffee and VidaGlow mixed with orange juice!

AM SNACK

This was a massive “green” smoothie that looks purple lol, this is everything I put inside of it: almond milk, banana, frozen berries, Purium Greens, Welleco Greens, VidaGlow, and protein powder! This is so tasty and really good for me, as it contains so many vitamins. I tend to only use 1/2 a scoop of protein powder in this as I feel like a whole scoop is too much.

LUNCH

This picture sadly doesn’t do this meal justice! This is a prawn stir fry that I made the night before, it had prawns, green beans, carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, arugula, snow peas, zucchini, and the Seeds of Change Brown Rice and Quinoa. This is so good instead of using any type of stir fry sauce I added a few drops of soy sauce, and it was simply delicious. It’s really handy making a bit more than you need so you can have it the next day for lunch, and hopefully avoid the appeal of takeout lol.

DINNER

We did however do takeout for dinner, this was the SEASON FINALE OF GAME OF THRONES, I cannot be expected to cook, when I’m honestly such a mess knowing I know have to wait an entire year to see what happens lol. We went for OutBack and I got the parmesan chicken with diced tomatoes, and a house salad.

That is everything I ate today, I would love to know what you ate today! You can watch todays video here, and I did a live broadcast on my vlog channel, it was so much fun and we had a good proper chat, one thing we all answered was “where are you from?” and “What time is where you live”, so I would love to know the answers to those questions in the comments!

I know, it was the first time I ever had to use my emergency brake, so happy it was there!
