Day 8 of the Self-Love Challenge:

Set 3 short-term goals and 3 long-term goals.

Short-term:

1. Do my full skincare routine am & pm.

2. Stick to my cleaning routine.

3. Workout for a minimum of 30 minutes each day.

Long-term:

1. Lose the weight I want to lose.

2. See my family more.

3. Stop obsessing over work.
