Hello! Long time no blog 🤦♀️😆 I really miss this space and have decided to get back into my blogging groove!
Today I thought I would share what I’m currently eating, I have a coach that is helping me do what’s called REVERSE DIETING basically its a way of getting my metabolism back to to normal functioning after years of yo-yo dieting, it also leads you to lose weight while eating more, it still confuses me but I can tell you in week one I ate more each day than I have in years and I lost 4 pounds! And that was with only 2 workouts that week!
OK on to what I actually ate, for breakfast I had 1 package of instant cream of wheat, 1 cup of fresh raspberries, 2 boiled eggs, a cup of coffee and 32 ounces of water.
After my workout I had a protein shake, this is a vegan protein powder, it was mixed with 8 ounces of almond milk and 1 banana.
For lunch I had 2 cups of baby spinach, 1/2 cup of corn, 6 cherry tomatoes, 4 ounces of white potatoes, 4 ounces of chicken (I flattened mine and cooked with lots of seasoning), and 2 tablespoons of Bolthouse Ranch. Originally I was a little unsure about this when I saw the ingredients but this salad was delicious and really filling.
My afternoon snack was one ChocoLove bar, these is AMAZING!!! I bought the single serving bars so I got to eat this whole bar and it really filled that sweet craving!
I somehow forgot to get a picture of my dinner but it was 4 ounces hamburger patties, 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1 cup peppers, and 1 cup carrots.
