I’m really trying to get back into the swing of things, so today I woke up with the plan of trying to get all my fitness goals done for the day, one of those goals was walking Louis, he loves going on his walkies and its much needed exercise for myself and him. We live on a marina so it always makes for an exciting walk being able to look at the fish and jellyfish, Louis favorite are the stingrays, he’s totally fascinated by them.
I then came back and did a Lucy Wyndham-Read workout, if you don’t know who Lucy is, I’m literally about to change your life ☺️, Lucy is an online personal trainer, she has almost 1000 workouts uploaded to her youtube channel, you can get some extra motivation by following her Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter. Also Lucy has A LOT of eBooks, I have the 21 Day Weight Loss for Women and I love it, she also has a series on her Youtube channel called 7 Minutes 7 Days, literally these little 7 minute workouts will kick your butt, they are 100% no joke!
Now unfortunately I completely forgot to take pictures of my meals, as it has been a while since I’ve done this lol, but I did get video which you can watch here. And I promise next weeks will be a full My Meals Monday blog post.
