Today I woke up with a massive headache so I started off with some water and an espresso, I was out of creamer lol.
For breakfast I made 6 minute eggs with a chopped avocado, I’m trying to use these up before they go bad.
Then for lunch I added a tin of tuna to a mashed avocado and had a watermelon juice.
And after cooking all day I enjoyed my homemade vegetable soup with garlic toast. This soup was so good I think I am going to have to make a video on this, it’s completely vegan, but it has so much flavor.
