Reese’s Peanut Butter Cupcakes

For the Cupcake:
1 Cup Flour
1/4 Cup Cocoa
3/4 Teaspoon Baking Soda
1/2 Bakers Sugar
1/3 Brown Sugar
4 Tablespoons Butter
1 Egg
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Lukewarm Water
1/4 Buttermilk
Bag Reese’s Peanut Butter Cup Minis (or chopped normal size ones)

In a large bowl mix Flour, Cocoa, and Baking Soda.
In a different bowl mix Butter, Bakers Sugar, Brown Sugar, Egg, and Vanilla, Water, and Buttermilk.
After the liquid mixture is completely combined add half of it to the Flour mixture and mix, then add the other half and combine completely.
Place a spoonful of the cupcake mixture into each of your cupcake tins, then addd 1 Reese’s to each cupcake tin, and then fill your cupcake tins about 3/4 of the way up.
Place in the oven at 350 degrees and cook for about 20-30 minutes.

While your cupcakes cooks….

For the Frosting:
1/2 Cup Butter Very Soft
1 Cup Peanut Butter
3 Tablespoons Almond Milk
2 1/2 Cups Powdered Sugar

Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix until the frosting is light and fluffy.

After your cupcakes have cooled frost each cupcake and place a little Reese’s on top, or leave empty either way they look amazing.
